This Privacy Policy describes how X PhotoKit Team. ("X PhotoKit Team", "We", "Us", or "Our") protects your privacy when you use Photo AI and all XPhotoKit mobile phone Apps.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW, YOU MAY NOT USE THE Photo AI.

This Privacy Policy together with our Terms of Service applies to information (including personal information) collected during your use of Photo AI. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information that identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. Personal information does not include technical, device, or usage information that cannot be used to identify you personally, nor does it include "aggregate" information, which is data we collect about the use of the Services or about a group or category of Services or users, from which individual identities or other personal information have been removed. This Privacy Policy in no way restricts or limits our collection and use of aggregate and non-personal information, and we may share such data about our users with third parties for various purposes.

Please be sure to read this privacy policy carefully. If you download and/or use the Photo AI application that allows editing of your photos, please note these points:

• We will use AI algorithms on the server to process and edit the photos you upload.
• During the editing process, the photos will be temporarily cached on the server and returned to the client after the processing is completed. The server does not store any photo information.
• When users use the APP, we do not require users to log in or obtain any personal information, so we will not use this information to track users.
• We will not use the photos you provide when using the App for any reason other than to provide you with the editing functionality of the App.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use the Apps, we may collect information about you, including:

Photographs

When you use the App, through your camera or album (when using, we will request permission to access your camera or album), we only obtain the specific images that you choose to modify using the App. If you do not grant relevant permissions, this APP cannot obtain the corresponding picture information; even if you grant us access permissions, we will not collect the photos in your album. We will only edit the photos after you confirm that you have selected the photos you want to process. Photos are transmitted via encrypted network protocols to a backend server for processing. The processing results will be saved in the phone's private storage. The server does not save photos uploaded by users or processing results. At the same time, all photos will not be shared with any third party, You can export directly to photo album or share with friends. We will not remove user uploaded photos or result photos without your approval

Face Data

Since some AI special effects require photos of faces (such as cartoon effects), if you do not provide pictures containing faces, we will prompt you to provide photos containing faces. Photos containing human faces are only used for AI special effects algorithms. Once entered, the face data will not be used for other purposes, nor will any user's face data be permanently stored on the server. All data is cached on the server only during processing and is deleted immediately after processing. The resulting photos will also be saved only in your phone's private storage. At the same time, no information related to any user, including facial data, will be shared with any third party.

App usage information

such as information about how you use the Apps and interact with us, including your preferred language, the date and time when you first installed the Apps and the date and time you last used the Apps.

Purchase history

if you choose to purchase an App subscription, such as confirmation that you are a paid subscriber to the App(s).

Social media information

The APP does not require users to log in or provide any personal information. You can share your photos through the APP, but we do not obtain any of your social information, account number, name, etc.

Device data

such as your computer and mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device ID, push tokens, Google Advertising ID, Apple ID for Advertising, browser type, screen resolution, IP address (and the associated country in which you are located), the website you visited before visiting our Site; and other information about the device you are using to visit the Apps.

Online activity data

such as information about your use of and actions on the Apps and the Sites, including pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and length of access. Our service providers and certain third parties (e.g., online advertising networks and their clients) also may collect this type of information over time and across third-party websites and mobile applications. This information may be collected on our Site using cookies, browser web storage (also known as locally stored objects, or “LSOs”), web beacons, and similar technologies. We may collect this information directly or through our use of third-party software development kits (“SDKs”). SDKs may enable third parties to collect information directly from our Apps.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the Apps for any reason other than to provide you with the editing functionality of the Apps. We may use information other than photographs for the following purposes:

• to improve APP . Including analyzing APP crash information, analyzing user usage statistics to find ways to optimize the APP, and using your feedback information to interact with users, etc.
• To show you ads. If you use the free version of the app, we work with advertising partners to display ads within the app. These ads are served by our advertising partners and may be targeted based on your usage of the App or your online activity elsewhere.
• To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may send you marketing communications as permitted by law. You will have the ability to opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications as described in the Opt out of marketing section below.- to perform marketing activities.

REMOVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not store your personal photo information or other personal information. All photos and result photos are stored in the user's mobile phone directory. You can freely delete, uninstall or completely clear all information after the APP.

LINKS, HOSTED SITES & ADVERTISERS

We do not have any control over the privacy practices of any external websites linked from the Site or Mobile (or any of the websites that are hosted on our server and aren't affiliated with us). Therefore you should review their privacy policies separately from ours and know that we in no way have any control over their practices.

Third party advertisers may collect certain information that is available to them through your interaction with their advertisements. X PhotoKit Team. has no control or knowledge as to their practices and it is suggested that you read their privacy policy separately before clicking on any advertisements.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy that we think materially alter your rights, then we will post the latest policy to this site. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you visit the Services to understand how your personal information is used.
